30 day count down is on

We are officially at the 30 day countdown to Disney.
The kids are getting excited, still Christmas is looming over us, so that is what is most exciting right now.
I will be pulling out my suitcases as soon as the Christmas decorations are packed away, and starting to pick up things we need for Disney world.
The excitement begins.. I can't believe we have been waiting since August, and the time is almost here.
By the time the kids go back to school from Christmas break, it will be time to pull them out again to go to Disney. I can't wait.

Preparation

I have done a lot of preparation for this vacation. I have planned everything. I have researched into which rides to ride, which ones to skip, which ones to fast pass, which shows to see and when, where to eat, etc. We are eating on the Disney Dining plan, so per day we all get one snack item, one counter service meal(fast food) and one sit down table service meal. Here are some of the sites I used for my research,

My favorite site is the All Ears site. They have a mailing list which you can join. I joined. They send weekly updates, with tips, refurbishments, happenings etc.

Here is a rundown of our vacation. I have listed what parks we will be visiting, where we are eating, and what shows we are seeing, of course we will squeeze in as many rides, and character greetings while we are at these places.

Jan 23 - leave for Syracuse
Jan 24 - depart am - arrive Disney world noontime. Check in at the hotel. We are staying at the all star movies hotel. Head to magic Kingdom and ride whatever rides we can do.

Of course, I am OK with changing things up a bit. We may not do 2 days at animal kingdom, we may check out another place we really liked again. We may do a park hopping day in case we missed a few things we really want to see. We will see. So far this is what we are doing. I am so excited.
